As the Head Chef at our fine dining restaurant in Al-Malikiyah, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional culinary experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef who is passionate about creating delicious and visually stunning dishes. With a salary of 1300$, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef to showcase their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes that align with our restaurant's concept
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high quality standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Creative flair for developing new dishes while also maintaining classic favorites on the menu
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent education/training
- Experience working in high-end restaurants
- Fluent in Arabic
