Teamlead for Indian Freshers in Remish


We are seeking a highly motivated Teamlead to join our team in Remish. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Indian freshers without English proficiency and prior experience. Your main role will be to guide, train and support your team members to achieve their targets and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Indian freshers, providing guidance, support and training as needed
- Ensure that all team members are meeting their individual targets and delivering quality work
- Develop strategies to improve the performance of the team and identify areas for growth
- Communicate with clients or other teams to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to superiors
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language, with basic understanding of English (no prior experience required)
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering quality work under pressure

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Remish (candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Remish preferred)
