Junior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team in Jeddah. As part of our legal department, you will assist senior attorneys in providing legal advice and support to the company. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and assisting with legal negotiations. This is a great opportunity for a recent law school graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the legal field.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research on various topics
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Assisting with negotiations on behalf of the company
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company
- Providing support to senior attorneys on various legal matters
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all legal documents and correspondence

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or internship in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

City: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Note: This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian candidates. This is a part-time job without accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply. No English language skills are required for this position.
