Legal Counsel - Visa Sponsorship (Jeddah, Kenya)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Jeddah, Kenya. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to our company on a wide range of legal matters. This includes but is not limited to contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to our company on various legal matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and business partners
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the areas of data privacy, intellectual property, and employment
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on legal implications of business decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of Kenyan laws and regulations related to business operations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-Kenyan candidates.
