Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our construction projects in El-Ain. Your main duties will include assisting with project planning, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in construction is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
