Carpenter (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in the city of Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Contract Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Your duties will include measuring and marking materials, following blueprints and building plans, using hand and power tools, and ensuring that all work meets safety standards.

This position is suitable for men with or without prior experience in carpentry. We provide on-site accommodation for our employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina, as well as strong attention to detail. You must also possess knowledge of different types of wood, construction methods, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark materials according to blueprints or building plans
- Cut or shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble or repair wooden structures such as floors, walls, roofs, or doors
- Install cabinets, shelves, molding, or other fixtures
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Carpenter is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and building plans
- Excellent manual dexterity with strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of different types of wood and construction methods
- Familiarity with safety protocols in construction

Salary: 1600$ per month
