Loader Operator

A reputable construction company in Khasab is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders, and possess a strong work ethic. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading materials onto trucks, as well as maintaining and repairing equipment when necessary. This position requires physical labor and the ability to work in various weather conditions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month.

As a Loader Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating loaders to load materials onto trucks or move them around job sites
- Ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment by conducting regular maintenance checks
- Repairing any equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
- Following all safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Maintaining accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhering to project timelines and completing tasks within given deadlines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand instructions, safety manuals, and blueprints
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Physical strength and endurance for manual labor in different weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:

- Certification or training in operating heavy equipment (e.g. loader certification)
- Experience working on construction sites or in similar industries
