Job Title: Merchandiser

Our retail company is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are visually appealing and well-stocked in our stores. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
- Monitor sales trends and adjust product placement accordingly
- Collaborate with the buying team to select new products to feature in stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are set up correctly and products are selling well
- Train and guide store staff on proper merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Strong eye for visual presentation and ability to create attractive product displays
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
