We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating complex computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. You will work closely with various departments within the company to understand their needs and develop IT strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective IT strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system upgrades or new software implementations
- Train end-users on new systems or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience working with databases, data warehouses, and SQL queries
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Employment Type: Permanent position
