Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Clairvaux. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our computer systems to ensure efficient and effective operations. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing new systems and technologies, and training employees on how to use them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new systems and technologies to enhance efficiency
- Train employees on how to use new systems and technologies
- Troubleshoot any issues with computer systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in computer technology and make recommendations for implementation
- Create reports on system performance and make suggestions for improvements
- Ensure data security by implementing necessary protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems quickly
- Experience with system analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members from different departments
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
