Barista - Coffee Shop in Balzers (Nepali-speaking)



As a Barista at our coffee shop in Balzers, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We are seeking an experienced Barista who is fluent in Nepali and has a passion for coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Ensure that all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Anticipate customer needs and provide suggestions or recommendations as needed
- Uphold high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry preferred
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30lbs
