A well-established restaurant in Lahore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management and a proven track record of success. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, budgeting, inventory control, and ensuring high-quality food and service standards are maintained. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Create staff schedules that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for upper management
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven track record of managing budgets
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1800 per month
