Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Lahore. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring high quality of food and service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You must have at least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. In this part time role, you will work 25 hours per week with a salary of $1100 per month. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to work well under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create schedules for employees and ensure they are following all policies and procedures
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for both employees and customers
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency and high standards are being met
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Create marketing strategies to increase business and attract new customers
- Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, ordering supplies, and managing expenses
- Collaborate with other managers to improve overall performance of the restaurant

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in a managerial role
