Sales Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their individual and team targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Set individual and team targets, providing motivation and rewards for meeting or exceeding goals
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed

Location: This is a remote position based in Svalbard.

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time/Contract

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided.

Visa Sponsorship: The company will sponsor the work visa for eligible candidates.

Travel Arrangements: The company will provide one-way flight ticket for eligible candidates.
