Senior Architectural Designer



As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process and developing innovative solutions for our projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will be key in creating successful designs that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Collaborate with project teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with construction administration
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
- Experience working on international projects is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
