Sales Manager - Indian Nationals (Muscat)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat. As an Indian national, you will have a deep understanding of the cultural and business landscape in Muscat, which will be a key asset in this role.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the Muscat market. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing them with guidance and support to achieve their targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Muscat market. You should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage the performance of the sales team, setting clear targets and providing coaching and support when needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Conduct regular meetings with key clients to maintain strong relationships and identify areas for growth
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in Muscat market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team

We offer a competitive salary package of $1200 per month, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time position based in Muscat.
