Sales Manager - Indian Nationals Only
A leading company in Muscat is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Train new sales team members on company products, services, and sales techniques
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
Requirements:
- Indian national residing in Muscat preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid biometric passport for travel purposes
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. However, we offer competitive benefits including health insurance, annual leave, and commission on sales.
