Elevator Installer


As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing elevators in commercial and residential buildings. Your main duties will include reading blueprints and schematics, assembling elevator components, and conducting safety inspections. You will also be required to troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise with the elevators. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine elevator specifications
- Assemble elevator components according to manufacturer instructions
- Install guide rails, counterweights, motors, cables, and other mechanical parts
- Conduct safety inspections and tests on new installations
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with elevators and perform necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Elevator Installer
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical strength to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work at heights
- Familiarity with electrical systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1300$ per month
