Team Lead - Dickirch, Luxembourg

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and mentor team members, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to ensure team success

Requirements:

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of relevant software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Availability to work full-time with occasional overtime as needed
