As a Retail Merchandiser at our company in Albena, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and effective manner. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to analyze market trends and customer preferences, as well as maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong eye for detail and creativity, as well as excellent communication skills. Previous experience in merchandising or retail is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer preferences to identify potential product opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies for our products
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and promote sales
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking based on sales trends

- Provide training to store staff on product knowledge and display techniques
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail

- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
