A reputable architecture firm in Herzliya is seeking a talented and dedicated Commercial Architect to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for men of Pakistani nationality. No prior experience or English language skills are required.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and shopping centers. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and working closely with contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of commercial design principles, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to effectively communicate your ideas to both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for commercial buildings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong understanding of commercial design principles
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. Please note that this is not a remote job; candidates must be willing to work from our office in Herzliya. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
