Job Title: Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
