Finisher Supervisor (Indian Nationals only)


We are a leading manufacturing company in Dickirch and we are seeking an experienced Finisher Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be from India with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Finisher Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of our products, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. You will also be responsible for managing a team of finishers, providing guidance and training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the finishers and ensure that they follow production schedules and meet quality standards
- Monitor the finishing process to ensure product specifications are met
- Train new finishers on processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the finishing process
- Maintain inventory of finishing supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid work visa for Dickirch
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finisher Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
