Junior Accountant

Our growing accounting firm in Muharraq is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience in the field. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a strong passion for accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions and prepare journal entries
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
