Head Chef


We are a renowned restaurant in the beautiful city of Vilnius, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As a Head Chef at our establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu creation, and kitchen management. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as the ability to lead and mentor our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that align with our restaurant's concept and vision
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring quality control
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety standards, and sanitation guidelines
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure efficiency and consistency in food production
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required

Salary:
