Floral Designer and Arranger

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Khasab. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday bouquets. You must have experience in floral design and arranging, with a keen eye for color, texture, and style. Salary: 1700$ per month

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer or Florist
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and foliage
- Ability to create various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Must have a valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to client's preferences and requirements
- Sourcing flowers and foliage from local suppliers or growers
- Maintaining the quality of flowers by proper care and handling techniques
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floristry and incorporating them into designs
- Managing inventory of supplies and ordering new materials when needed
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of orders
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs for their events or occasions
