Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and preservation agencies to ensure that all projects meet the necessary standards and guidelines. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, creating preservation plans, overseeing construction work, and managing project budgets. You must have a strong knowledge of historic architecture and preservation techniques, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. This position is located in Las Vegas, but open to candidates of any nationality. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

In this role, you will use your expertise to help maintain the unique character and history of Las Vegas by preserving its historic buildings. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small renovations to large-scale restorations. Your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will be crucial in successfully completing each project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation projects
- Strong knowledge of historic architecture styles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with preservation agencies is preferred
