Tutor for English Language Learning (ESL)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced ESL tutor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction to students from various backgrounds and proficiency levels. Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students
- Develop lesson plans and materials based on students' needs and goals
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Education, English or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching ESL to non-native speakers
- Excellent command of the English language (native speakers preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
