We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Dubrovnik. As an Indian English speaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination between the construction team. With a salary of 1800$, this position also includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various slinging equipment such as cranes, hoists, and forklifts to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while handling equipment and materials
- Communicate effectively with the construction team, including engineers, supervisors, and other workers
- Read and interpret construction plans and diagrams to determine the best approach for moving materials
- Inspect equipment regularly for any defects or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and hours worked
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials on site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slinger in a construction environment
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to slinging operations
- Ability to operate various slinging equipment effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
