Entry Level Crane Operator in Bungoma, Kenya


We are seeking an entry level Crane Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a crane to lift and move materials on construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience who is looking to start a career as a Crane Operator.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift and move materials according to job site requirements
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any issues
- Rig loads and determine the best method for lifting and moving materials
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radios
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while operating the crane
- Keep accurate records of materials lifted and moved throughout the day

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid biometric passport required for travel within Africa
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift heavy loads
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
