As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects. This includes coordinating with clients, leading design teams, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and project evaluation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in managing architecture projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Lead design teams by providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review designs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Implement best practices for project management, process improvement, and quality assurance
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
