Land surveyor vacancy in Khasab Oman

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Khasab. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700, and we are open to applicants of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine precise locations, boundaries, and elevations of land
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations to collect data
- Analyze data and create detailed maps, reports, and sketches
- Review existing records and research historical information to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project plans
- Prepare cost estimates for surveying services
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
