Job Title: Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring they comply with building codes and regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement designs that meet client needs and budget requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement designs
- Advise on materials, construction techniques, and building systems
- Review project proposals to determine feasibility
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications
- Develop 3D models to visualize designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Remish

Note: This position is open to all nationalities. Accommodation, visa sponsorship, and airfare will be provided for international candidates. This is a full-time position but part-time opportunities may be available. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
