Slinger Supervisor


We are searching for an experienced and skilled Slinger Supervisor to join our team in Mombasa. As a Slinger Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of slingers on various construction sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of safety procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of slingers on construction sites
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Train new slingers on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Assign tasks to slingers based on their experience and skill level
- Monitor productivity and quality of work performed by slingers
- Communicate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment used by slingers to ensure they are in good working condition
- Address any issues or concerns raised by slingers in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Slinger or similar role is required
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to slinging equipment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Experience with crane operations is preferred but not required
- Indian nationality preferred, but not mandatory
- Valid visa to work in Mombasa is required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
