Concierge Assistant
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a resourceful and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with various tasks and requests. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension, making it an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or those without previous experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other administrative tasks
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests upon request
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or issues effectively and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
