Senior Level Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in Multan. As a senior level developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software solutions and managing a team of developers. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex software solutions using various programming languages
- Mentor and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver high-quality software products
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are followed
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years in a senior level role
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven experience leading projects from conception to delivery

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React)
