Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive results
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide training and coaching as needed
- Create detailed reports on sales activities, including revenue, expenses, and projections
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new strategies into sales plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Willingness to travel for business purposes when necessary
