Job Title: Sales Manager (Contract)



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve their performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions
- Develop strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales field
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with other benefits. This is a contract position without accommodation, but we do provide visa sponsorship for all nationalities.
