Maintenance Technician: Handyman (Indian Nationals)



A reputable facility management company in Clairvaux is seeking an experienced and skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. This is a full-time position that does not require English language skills and accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing doors, windows, and furniture
- Conduct plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains
- Perform basic electrical work such as changing light fixtures and outlets
- Paint interior and exterior walls as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility by removing trash and debris
- Keep track of inventory and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Biometric passport required for security clearance purposes
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
