Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel located in Kaunas, Lithuania. Your main goal will be to increase the hotelβs occupancy and revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This is an ideal role for a dynamic and results-driven individual with strong sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Manage sales budgets and monitor performance against set targets
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively
- Fluency in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
