Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for construction projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your creativity and technical skills to develop innovative and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and goals
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models of proposed designs to help clients visualize the final product
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that it aligns with the proposed design
- Make changes or modifications to designs as needed based on client feedback or unexpected challenges during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design aesthetics

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Siauliai, Lithuania (open to applicants from all nationalities)

This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours. The company also offers free visa sponsorship and ticket for eligible candidates.
