Administrator - Contract Position in Siauliai, Lithuania


We are currently hiring an experienced Administrator for a contract position in Siauliai, Lithuania. This role is suitable for Indian nationals with previous administrative experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English is not required but considered a plus

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1000$ per month.
