Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the Earth's surface, using specialized equipment and techniques. Your main goal will be to accurately determine and record the location and measurements of various features on a piece of land.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying equipment
- Record precise measurements and data using surveying software
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by following established standards and procedures
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning and design
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and communicate them to relevant parties
- Keep detailed records of surveys conducted, including notes on methods used and any problems encountered

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Surveying or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Valid work visa for Jeddah preferred
