We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Surveyor - Land and Property Management, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land and properties in order to determine boundaries, create maps, and provide accurate measurements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying techniques, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and properties using various methods and tools
- Collect data on boundaries, topography, structures, and other relevant information
- Create accurate maps and measurements using surveying equipment
- Analyze data and prepare reports for clients or government agencies
- Keep detailed records of all surveys conducted
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills for working with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds

Salary: 1000 USD per month (tax-free)
Accommodation: Provided by the company (shared living quarters)
