We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for accurately punching holes and shapes into various materials such as metal, plastic, and paper using specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machine to punch holes and shapes in materials according to specific requirements
- Select appropriate punches and dies for each job
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality of punched pieces
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machine as needed
- Maintain inventory of punches, dies, and other tooling supplies
- Follow all safety procedures while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating punch press machines
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of punches and dies for various materials
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
