We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating punching machines to punch holes into metal sheets according to specified dimensions and layouts. This is a full time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Kenyan national or have legal right to work in Kenya
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work full time, Monday through Friday
- No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided
- Free visa and ticket for selected candidate

Responsibilities:
- Review work order specifications to determine punching requirements
- Set up and operate punching machines according to specifications
- Ensure accurate placement and alignment of metal sheets on machine bed
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed for quality control
- Inspect finished products for compliance with specifications and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain machine cleanliness and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisor

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
