Plasterboard Worker

We need a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. You should have experience working with various types of plasterboard and be able to accurately measure, cut, and install it according to building plans. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret building plans to determine plasterboard layout
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard on walls and ceilings
- Apply tape, fillers, and sealants to cover gaps between boards
- Smooth out imperfections using sandpaper or other tools
- Install insulation materials behind plasterboard if needed
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces
- Ensure work meets safety standards and building codes
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Ability to read building plans and interpret instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboard materials
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing plasterboard
- Familiarity with insulation materials and techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
