Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Braga, Portugal


We are searching for a dynamic and motivated Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during the peak season. This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Train and mentor staff on company policies and procedures, as well as menu items and customer service standards
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of customers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
- Minimum education requirement is completion of 12 years of schooling
