Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests with a positive attitude
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- A positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Must have own visa or eligibility to work in Portugal (accommodation can be provided if needed)
