Part-Time Back-End Developer in Faro, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our team on a part-time basis in Faro, Portugal. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our company's website and web applications. Your primary focus will be developing server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the website and applications. This role requires excellent programming skills and a strong understanding of back-end development.

Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and modify website and web applications according to company requirements
- Develop server-side logic for high-performance and responsive websites
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize website performance by implementing efficient data storage solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues as needed
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Portugal.
